“TILLING by Sequencing (TbyS) for targeted genome mutagenesis in crops”, paper published in Molecular Breeding journal. This is a mini review on TILLING by Sequencing in crops based upon collaborative research between BenchBio, Prof. Charles Spillane, National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG) and Dr. Abdel Bendahmane, URGV/INRA. This review shows the latest development in TILLING using next generation sequencing platforms in various crops and discusses the challenges faced by other technologies for crop improvement compared to TILLING.
