Crossing and Mutant Characterisation
BenchBio undertakes crossing and mutant
characterization and allele introgression in the favourite
genetic background. We will compare the impact of the
alleles on the phenotype of the plant to identify the leader
alleles. We will also carry on identification of alleles
from germplasm collections and compare them to the alleles
identified in the mutant population. Client’s will be
provided with the complete information. A range of
physiological and biochemical measurements can also be
